It is quite grand and fit of a king - just as Wyvernlor likes it. However big it is, it is also quite well hidden. The entrance to the common room is disguised as a broom cabinet on the eighth floor of Lyreade. Above the door to the "broom cabinet" is a carving of a tiny wyvern only about one to one and a half square inches big. Whisper the password, which is currently "Archadne" at the moment, into the crack of the door and it will glow golden before returning to normal. Step inside and you will not find yourself in a small, dusty broom cabinet but a spacious and luxurious common room.
WYVERNLOR:
Brave, loyal, and strong to the very end. We may not follow all the rules, but will always do what is right- or at least, what we think is right. Their mascot is the wyvern. We were founded by Brian Wyvernlor.
Bryn grabbed a spare piece of Parchment, then took it up to her Dorm.
ReplyDeleteBryn walked outside her Dorm the next day after putting down her bags and books to wait for Shiina.
ReplyDeleteShiina stood outside of the common room, drinking tea.
ReplyDeleteBryn stared. "Uh..."
ReplyDeleteShiina procured another cup. "You want one?" she asked, oblivious to Bryn's comment. "Might be bitter for you, though...."
ReplyDeleteBryn rolled her eyes. "It's fine. Come with me, I sneaked into Farwill's office and found her schedule. There's a microwave, too," she added, with no reason. "She's free right now. Probably in her office, we need to talk to her."
ReplyDelete"OK." Shiina said, sipping the last of her tea and disintegrating the cup. "Let's go."
ReplyDeleteRenee opens her book of jinxes to the langalock jinx thinking "Hmmmmmm this would be good if an annoying person except for teachers won't shut up."
ReplyDeleteBryn's somehow behind Renee as she watched the younger girl. "You shouldn't be learning those jinxes, you know. Theoretically illegal on Lyreade grounds." She pointed her wand at the book and it flew towards her at an alarming speed; with the skill of a Quidditch player Bryn caught it deftly with one hand. "Langlock is never used on another person unless for dire self defense."
ReplyDeleteRenee smiles at her and says quite surprizes "How did you know I was thinking of langlock jinx?"

ReplyDelete(Um. actually, it's spelt "surprised".)
ReplyDeleteBryn rolled her eyes and showed her the page. "Only two spells are on this page: Langlock and Vismilius. I didn't think you wanted to force smiles out of people, so it was Langlock, obviously."
"Well I am Renee Lamperage. Whats you name?" then she stands up putting her book down and gets another one on Occlumency.
ReplyDeleteSarcala lazily stretches on the couch.
ReplyDeleteDevin was snoozing on a couch, his robes parted around his neck to reveal part of his chest, not waking up as the two girls continued to chat.
ReplyDelete"I know your name," Bryn snapped. "But I'm Bryn Reedwing. Head of your House." She flung the book at Renee. "And here's your book back. Don't use it."
ReplyDelete"I prefer Occlumency just so you know. That thing people want is for people to mess with their heads literally."
ReplyDeleteBryn bit back a grin. "Right. Just so you know, Occlumency is the art of blocking people from entering the mind."
ReplyDelete(I meant the last thing people want
ReplyDelete(Okay.)
ReplyDeleteDevin entered the common room and started up the stairs to the dorms.
ReplyDelete[{Sorry was grounded
ReplyDeleteBryn was typing away on her MagiComputer, a new invention that all the Year 6's were crazy over.
ReplyDeleteDevin was walking down the stairs from the boys' dorm, and looked up. "Yo," he said as he saw Bryn.
ReplyDeleteBryn logged off, and closed the laptop. "Hi. You said you wanted to meet up somewhere."
ReplyDeleteDevin shrugged. "So?" he asked. "Where do you want to go? You can choose."
ReplyDelete"I was thinking... Room of Mysteries or the Amethyst Wood." Bryn put her laptop in the case as she talked.
ReplyDeleteDevin nodded. "Well," he continued. "Since we were in the Room of Mysteries last time, why don't we head over to the forest now?"
ReplyDelete"Okay." Bryn stood up and waved her wand. The laptop went zooming back to her room. "Let's go." She stood up, grabbed Devin's hand, and took him to the Amethyst Wood.
