Description of physical characteristics and personality: Ada is an average-height blonde with hazel eyes. Generally, she doesn't talk, except to utter spells or give answers in class. What she does do often is sing, but only when she's alone-- which is also pretty often. Another favorite pastime of hers is playing practical jokes on teachers and other students, and most of the time, she's not even a suspect because she's so soft-spoken.
Wand: Her wand is 13 inches long, made of willow, with a unicorn hair core.
Familiar: An irritable nighthawk named Preen
History (Optional): She comes from a pure-blood family of very talented witches and wizards and has no siblings[yet].
Other (Optional): Her favorite color has always been grey, and her favorite musical icons have always been the Beatles, Aerosmith, Michael Jackson[in the younger years, that is], and Pat Benatar. She transferred from a different school to Lyreade in this, her fifth year, because she had been a "problem child," meaning she had played a few tricks on the headmaster, who was a dolt anyways.

She has a close relationship with her mother, and her younger sister, Rosemarie. Her uncle was disowned by her grandmother and now she understands why. Her father really wants to do the same with her but her mother stopped him from doing that. Amanda can usually sence when someone is going to like her or not and usually she’s right.

Because of his slim body, a lot of people mistake him for a girl, which doesn't bother him a lot, because he frankly doesn't care. Train is John Smith's brother, though he doesn't really acknowledge that fact. He loves music and is above average in almost every single subject, except for Care of Magical Creatures.
