The Courtyard is right outside the Entrance Hall. It is large and square, with a beautiful fountain in the center. The main gates leads to this courtyard. Most of the students come here in their free time.
Shiina was walking towards Bryn, avoiding eye contact. Instead, she stared at the ground as if she'd never seen it before. She stopped about a meter next to Bryn.
Shiina narrowed her eyes again. "Bryn Theia Reedwing, you were born 16 years, 5 days and 5 hours ago, and I can see your fate. I can't tell you what it is, but I can say that it's a good fate." She coughed slightly. "Don't loose the chance to create a great future." She coughed slightly harsher, a red liquid seeping through her fingers. "But for now I must go." And she leaped onto the school gate and disappeared.
(um...) Bryn reached out and grabbed Shiina's shoulders. The dark haired girl stopped. Bryn, without letting go, took out her wand and pointed it at Shiina. With a whisper of a spell, the other girl stopped coughing, and she let go. Then she muttered, "Tergeo," and the blood went away as well. Bryn stepped back. "Look, Shiina. I have no idea what you're talking about, but I feel like I need to know. Meet me at Newt Cafe in Colema tomorrow at 3pm." She straightened up, turned, and disappeared into the entrance hall.
Shiina stared after her. True, she should not have been surprised by Bryn's reaction, but she somehow was. "Bryn Theia Reedwing..." she whispered. "Just what are you?"
(Professor Corwyth stepped out and saw the two girls talking. He stood there and watched with curiosity. Then he got mad and did the cruciatus curse on them and they died. THE END. LOL jk. i have no idea wat to say)
Shiina stumbled to her feet, her face slightly pale. She turned to Bryn. "Write a note. At 1900 tonight, I will 'accio Bryn's note'. We need to meet tomorrow as well. But I should go back to the common room." And she left.
Shiina looked normal again, her head still throbbing slightly. "Voices..." she muttered. "They told us to get out. They said that the temple was their territory. They-" Shiina broke off and was silent.
"We need to get to the library. Now." Bryn grabbed Shiina again and dragged her to the library, where she shoved their passes into the librarian's face and walked into the restricted section.
Shiina and Damien walked over to the courtyard. "Let's go to that bench," Shiina said, pointing at a stone bench that received just the right amount of sunlight.
Damien smiled back at her. He put his arm around the girl. "Hey," he said suddenly. "I know you probably are now already, but since I haven't asked you properly, will you be my girlfriend?"
Damien grinned, and gave her another kiss though it was shorter and sweeter than the one before. "I knew you'd say yes. I'm too handsome to resist," he teased her, pretending to be arrogant.
Shiina shook her head. "Never mind," she said. "Hey, now that you're back and rested, do you want to start on the homework? There wasn't that much, but it was pretty hard."
Damien's eyes went wide. "Oh, crap! I forgot! Man, what am I turning into? A Penniluff? Okay, what did we have? Farwill, obviously, she piles us with homework, and Mapps? Smith? Yamamoto? Ryfen? Akai? Corwyth? Krumiage?" He pretty much named all the teachers before he finally stopped and conjured a notebook and quill for him to write on.
Shiina sighed and took out her own book. "Here," she said, handing it to him. "Yamamoto gave out less homework than usual, probably because of you two, and the rest of the teachers gave the normal amount."
Shiina shrugged. "I guess the library's the best place," she said. "Too bad we're not in the same house, the Dracoslyther common room has a really good spot for studying in it, and I heard that the Eagletalon one isn't that bad either."
"Yeah, it's really cool. There's a really nice layout, and it's got all the supplies you could think of. After all, we are Eagletalon." Damien nodded in agreement. "Well, I'll meet you in the library then. I need to fetch my stuff."
Bryn was violently using spells to rip a pile of fruits apart when she spotted Shiina.

Bryn and Shiina rushed in. She quickly grabbed Shiina's shoulders, turning her around. "What did you hear? What did you see?"

ReplyDeleteDamien set off towards the entrance. "Right. So we'll travel through the Forest, because that's how Shiina came."
ReplyDeleteDevin nodded and followed his friend. "We should put a barrier around us in the forest," he said. "So we don't get bothered by the creatures."
ReplyDelete"Yeah. We can't do that while we're travelling, though, so we'll have to be careful," Damien told Devin as they made their way into the forest.

ReplyDeleteShiina looked at him for a moment, then said, "Let's just sit here," and leaned forward to hug him.
ReplyDelete"Fine with me," Damien smiled, letting her and putting his head on her shoulder. "As long as I'm with you."

Shiina shifted for a while and sat on his lap facing him, landing another kiss on his lips.
