Transfiguration

The transfiguration classroom is also pretty much a typical classroom, with 4 by 5 desks, two blackboards, and a teacher's desk. By the teacher's desk is a closet full of interesting things, from cups to liver to live animals. The Transfiguration teacher is Kazuki Yamamoto, of Dracoslyther House.

  2. Mr. Yamamato walked into the classroom, and proceeded to clean the chalkboard and the rest of the classroom.

  3. Gwen walked into the room, bookbag slung over her shoulder, and greeted Professor Yamamato respectfully. She then chose a seat in the second row. Sitting down, she pulled out her quill, her ink, a textbook reading "Advanced Transfiguration, Year 5", and her notebook. Dropping her bag below her desk, she wrote on her notebook in her swift but careful handwriting: "Vanishing Spells- 3", as that was what Yamamato had told them they would be studying next class.

  4. Mr. Yamamato started class as soon as he realized that there were no more students. He began to draw diagrams on the board. "The art of transfiguration is very dangerous, yet it is one of the arts we use most," he began. "Right now, you are too young to learn to take the form of an animagus, therefore we will work on the most simple transfiguration: scribblifors, which will turn any object into a quill. Now you try."

  5. (most simple transfiguration in year 5?)

Gwen looked up, surprised. "But sir," she called out, raising her hand as she did so, "I thought you said we were going to be learning Vanishing Spells today."

    ReplyDelete
  6. "We will do that later, Gwen. This is merely a warm up," replied Mr. Yamamato, looking slightly irritated.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Gwen nodded, looking uncertain. "Sorry, sir," she returned, knowing she still had to be respectful. She pointed her wand at her target, which was in this case the eyeball of a frog, muttered something under her breath, and the eyeball turned into a quill.

    ReplyDelete
  8. "Right," Mr. Yamamato said. "Now we will learn the vanishing charms. The most simple one is Evanesco, which is what we will learn first."

    ReplyDelete
  9. Gwen pointed her wand on her eyeball, and said calmly, "Evanesco." The eyeball promptly disappeared, and she looked up at Prof. Yamamato for a reaction.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Prof. Yamamato glanced briefly at Gwen's triumph. "Good. Tonight, you will have to practice some more, and write an essay on how 'evansco' came to be the vanishing charm. It will help you remember it well and keep it in your head, so you will be able to use it when you are in need of it."

    ReplyDelete
  11. Gwen smiled, then stood up to pack up her stuff. In her notebook, she wrote:
'August 21st- Homework- Practice "Evanesco", and write essay.'
With that, she rapidly stood and left.

  12. (Pollux walked in, holding a butterbeer. "Sup, y'all?????"
    LOL jk.)
Pollux walked in, his arms full of textbooks. He dumped them onto a random desk then summoned his familiar. Then he took the vial of butterbeer he hid in his pocket. He took a sip and spazzed. Then he put it back in his pocket. "Perfect, ready for class."
He sat down at his desk and daydreamed about his pet hippogriff, Lucy. Then he farted. But fortunately no one was in the classroom, so he sighed. Then he waited and daydreamed a bit more.

  13. Professor Yamamoto walked into the room, holding a bunch of textbooks, a small scratch on his cheek. "OK, class. Get out your textbook and turn to page 115."

  14. "Today we will learn about the transfigurations of beasts, or animals. The simplest way to do this is to point your wand at the beast, say 'Fera verto', and visualize what you want the animal to become. Today we will start with just turning them into regular goblets. We will practice on rats, but first I want you to say it a few times so you don't end up doing something else. Now, start. When you feel you are ready to practice, please come up and receive a rat," Professor Yamamoto explained.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Leon listened intently. After Professor Yamamoto finished talking, he went on to recite 'Fera verto' under his breath a couple times.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Pollux followed, and quietly whispered 'Fera verto' a few times, making sure he got the pronounciation correct.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Leon walked up to Professor Yamamoto and received a rat, then went back to his desk.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Leon stared at the rat, thinking of goblets. He waved his wand. "Fera veto!" he squeaked. The rat grew taller and skinnier, forming itself into the shape of a goblet, but still not turning into a normal silver goblet. "Nice try, Leon, but try to use more self-confidence next time, ok?" Professor Yamamoto said from the other side of the room. Leon nodded in agreement and began to practice the spell more.

    ReplyDelete
  19. When Pollux felt confident about his pronunciation, he stepped up to Prof. Yamamoto's desk to get a rat. Then he went back to his desk to practice.
Pollux sat down and carefully placed the rat onto his desk. Then he grasped his wand, and, having heard what Prof. Yamamoto said to Leon just now, shouted: "FERA VERTO!!!!!" Instantly the rat flew into the air and exploded. Pollux stared for a few seconds, then quickly swept the ashes into his hand and dumped them in the trash can.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Professor Yamamoto stared. "Erm.....Pollux, next time, try being less um....agressive, ok?" Leon stared at his silver rat.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Pollux looked up, his face as red as a tomato. "S-s-sorry..." He got another one a practiced again, this time a little bit more gentle. "Fera verto," he firmly said, and the rat instantly turned into a silver goblet. Pollux smiled. :D

    ReplyDelete
  22. Leon stared, silently congratulating his friend. Then he tried again. A silver goblet stood in front of him. "Very good, both of you," Professor Yamamoto said. "Since you did so well, I won't give homework today. I'll see you next class!"

    ReplyDelete
  23. Pollux silently cheered, and walked out of the classroom, thinking about getting another butterbeer.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Yamamoto walked into the classroom in a bad mood he sat down and waited for the sixth years.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Bryn walked silently into the classroom and sat in her usual spot in the third row (second to last row).
Gwen sat in the first row, early as usual, studying from her textbooks.
Damien walked in with his books in a bag. He put his bag under his desk.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Shiina walked into the classroom, holding a bunch of books. She sneezed, and dropped all of the books.

Devin was already sitting in the classroom, being bored.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Damien quickly stood up, and automatically went over to Shiina. "Here, let me help you," he said courteously, picking her books up and giving them to her.

Bryn and Gwen simultaneously glared at Devin and sighed.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Devin looked away, wanting to sit closer to Bryn. He smiled back at her.

Shiina narrowed her eyes, but took her books and went to her desk. She sneezed again.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Bryn threw a disgusted look at her classmate and buried her head in her textbook. Damien smiled at Shiina, then sat down himself. Gwen saw Devin looking at Bryn and decided to glare at Bryn, who ignored her.

(uh, is the class going to start?)

    ReplyDelete
  30. Yamamoto stared at the class. "All right, class. Today we will do something different," he said, slightly grumpy. "Get out our book 'The Guide to Advanced Transfiguration' and choose one that you might want to do. Then come up and write it on the black board."

    ReplyDelete
  31. Shiina opened her book and began to read.

Devin, slightly bored, opened his book as well.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Bryn read her book. Gwen, having already read it, walked up to the board and wrote, "Changing inanimate objects into animate ones and vice versa."
Damien and Bryn, after a while, walked up to the board as well. Damien wrote: "Changing appearances." (Bryn rolled her eyes, thinking it was too easy.)
Bryn wrote: "Switching spells." She thought it was the easiest to do.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Shiina walked to the board. "Switching minds," she wrote.

Devin walked up to the board. "Spells that make you look better," he wrote, flashing a grin at Bryn.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Bryn smiled at Shiina. "Good choice," she whispered. She saw what Devin wrote and growled under her breath. That guy was so infuriating.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Yamamoto glanced up at the words. "OK, class, we will start researching some of these types of spells." He looked at the board again. "Erm, right now we will start looking at the switching spells. Please start taking some notes."

Shiina opened her book and began to take notes.

Devin, slightly insulted at the words, began to take notes as well.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Bryn started taking notes. She was disappointed they weren't doing switching minds, but she supposed it was a little advanced for their age. Either way, she could invent a new one anyway. Whatever.
Damien raised her hand. "Please, sir, what is the spell for it?"
Gwen rolled her eyes. "Idiot," she muttered under her breath.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Yamamoto glanced at Damien. "Right now we will merely take notes on the process. We will not go over spells yet."

    ReplyDelete
  38. Damien nodded. "Yes, sir." He began taking notes as well.

    ReplyDelete
  39. They all took notes.

    (dunno wat to say)

    ReplyDelete
  40. "Vimentumloca is the switching spell," Professor Yamamoto explained. "We can try it on these objects." He got out a box of objects. "Please come up and choose two."

    ReplyDelete
  41. Gwen instantly got an object. Bryn and Damien, less quickly, did the same. Gwen said, "Vimentumloca," to her quill, and the feather became a piece of parchment. Half of Bryn's rosin turned into sand. The leg of Damien's stuffed toy turned to jello.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Shiina picked up a book. She pointed her wand at it and some of the pages turned into large leaves.

Devin received a stick. He waved his wand and the part of the stick became a feather.

Yamamoto, seeing the students success, said, "OK, students. Tonight you will have to write an essay on the process of transformation, based on your accomplishments today. That is all. Class is dismissed."

    ReplyDelete
  43. Bryn packed up her stuff and waited for Shiina.

Gwen wrote down her homework, then walked silently out of the classroom.

Damien walked to his friend Devin. "Hi," he nodded at him.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Shiina put her wand away and sneezed. She then picke up her textbooks and went over to Bryn.

Devin walked over to Damien. "Yo," he said.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Damien grinned at him. "We gotta get to class," he told him. "Herbology."

    ReplyDelete
  46. Yamamoto walked into the classroom. His gaze swept around the empty room. He sat down and sighed.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Akinara walked into the classroom with Haruyuki.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Pollux walked into the room, holding a butterbeer.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Leon spazzed into the room and had a small seizure. Yamamoto looked at him strangely.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Pollux shoved the butterbeer into his pocket and took his books out.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Pollux then sold seashells by the sea shore.
Then he came back in a split second after he had left.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Akinara gave the two boys weird looks and then glanced at Haruyuki, shaking her head. "Retards."

    ReplyDelete
  53. Yamamoto faced the class. "OK, class, please turn in your homework. After that we will have 5 minutes of free time while I look through them."

    ReplyDelete
  54. Akinara levitated her stack of homework over to her professor.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Pollux took out his homework then whispered to Leon:
"Akinara thinks she's so awesome. Brat."
Then he drank his butterbeer and breathed.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Akinara heard them talking, but didn't know what they were saying. She turned her head around and glared at them, then turned back to stare at the blackboard.

    ReplyDelete
  57. After a while, Yamamoto looked up. "OK, class, today we will observe the changing of animals to objects. Please open your textbooks to page 5 and read." Leon opened up his book and began to read, spazzing whenever he could. Haruyuki did the same, minus the spazzing.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Akinara opened her textbook and took notes while she read so she could study later.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Akinara nodded, looking up at her teacher. "Yes, professor."

    ReplyDelete
  60. The other students nodded, and Yamamoto stood up. "OK, now I will perform a transfiguration. Please take notes on the process." He took Yuri out and got ready to recite the spell.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Akinara picked up her quill, placing it over the parchment, ready to write.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Yamamoto, seeing that everyone was ready, quickly muttered the spell under his breath and turned Yuri into a giant piece of gold. "Sorry," he muttered to his little friend. He looked up at the class. "Have your notes?" write a small speech on the process." Haruyuki and Leon both started to write.

    ReplyDelete
  63. After a while, Yamamoto looked up. "Are you done? If you are, you can turn it in, and when you are done you can have free time for 30 minutes." Haruyuki and Leon abruptly stood up and turned in their work.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Five minutes later, Akinara wrote her last period, stood up, and gave her paper to Yamamoto. She walked over to Haruyuki's table and smiled. "Hi, Haruyuki, what's up?" She asked, her tone friendly.

    (PERIOD!!!!! lol XD)

    ReplyDelete
  65. Haruyuki smiled and the two girls began to chat. Leon spazzed. Yamamoto quickly went through the papers.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Pollux finished his speech. Then he drank his butterbeer and sold more seashells by the seashore. Then he came back to the classroom and ate a dirigible plum then started floating.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Leon stared at Pollux for a while, then began spazzing again. He spazzed so hard that he began to float.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Akinara loked over her shoulder, seeing the two boys floating. "Dirigible plums and a large amount of sequential seizures," she muttered to Haruyuki. "Induces uncontrollable floating."

    ReplyDelete
  69. Haruyuki laughed nervously, not sure of which side to take. Yamamoto quickly put all of the papers down and began to read them more closely. He squinted, because he couldn't really read the words well....

    ReplyDelete
  70. Akinara sighed and looked at the Professor. "I hope I did well," she told her friend.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Haruyuki nodded silently. "You're sure to do well," she said.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Akinara grinned. "Thanks," she smiled at her. "I bet you did too."

    ReplyDelete
  73. Haruyuki smiled back at her friend. Yamamoto looked up from the papers. His head felt slightly warm. He stood up. "OK, class is over. You are free to leave." Leon quickly floated out the door. Kirin followed him, shaking her head.

    ReplyDelete
  74. (O.o Kirin?)

Akinara left out the door with Haruyuki. Before she left, though, she stopped at the door and asked Yamamoto, "Do we have any homework, Professor?"

    ReplyDelete
  75. (his familiar. i meant kirino. :D)

Yamamoto shook his head and the two girls left.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Pollux floated out of the classroom with his stuff.
