The Amber Wood

A small section of the Forest of the Unknown, full of hawthorns, oaks, ashes, and aspens. It is in the northern part of the Forest, the closest wood to Lyreade. Next to it is the Crystal Wood.

Boy's Lavatory

These are the lavatories for the boys. One wall is lined with sinks and the other 1/2 with urinals and 1/2 with stalls. The walls are kind of slimy, made of dark stones.

These are the lavatories for the girls. One wall is lined with sinks and the other with bathroom stalls. And, no, it does not lead to the Chamber of Secrets....

Knapp stood at the altar of the Great Hall. "Once again we have a more people joining us," she told the students and teachers of Lyreade. "Our divination teacher will be Alora Maryann Ryfen, in Penniluff. Please welcome her and her familiar Foraine!" She proclaimed, and the hall erupted in applause. Leon and Pollux spazzed, then drank butterbeer. "-and we have a new student," Knapp interrupted the clapping. "Please welcome Renee Diana Lamperage, a year 5 from Wyvernlor!" Clapping followed the announcement, but it was slightly quieter. Leon stared. His sister? Why was she here? He shrugged. What ever, the young boy thought. At least we're not in the same house.... "Enjoy your meal, staff and students of Lyreade, and once again, let's welcome Professor Ryfen and Renee!"

Three New Students

Knapp stood, once again, at the altar. "We have three more students joining us today:

Alexandra Reedwing, First Year, of Penniluff,

Henry Hannelow, Third Year, of Dracoslyther, and

Aria Drace, also Third Year, also of Dracoslyther." She gestured to the three students.

Shiina's mouth fell open at Aria. She was the exact replica of Gwen. Farwill smiled grimly at her reaction. This was, actually, the exact replica of Gwen. She was Gwendolyn Black reincarnated.

Bryn's mouth fell open, not because of Aria but because of Alexa. Her cousin. Her stupid, annoying, full-of-herself cousin. Why did she have to be here? She thought her mother's brother lived in Australia! What was she doing here?

Knapp, not noticing these things, continued on smiling. "Please welcome them!"
The entire Hall erupted in applause and cheers.
"Enjoy your feast!"
"Yay!" all the people of the school hollered.

Ariadne Karmina Sanproth

Knapp stood at the altar of the Great Hall. "Once again we have a new student," she told the students and teachers of Lyreade. "Her name is Ariadne Karmina Sanproth, third year, and she will be put into the Dracoslyther House. Please welcome her and her familiar Danae!" She proclaimed, and the hall erupted in applause. Shiina looked up at the new Dracoslyther and nodded curtly, not bothering to ask her to sit next to her. Her eyes went dull for a moment as she thought of Gwen. After the noise had died down, Knapp smiled at everyone. "Enjoy your meal, people of Lyreade, and once again welcome, Ariadne!"

William Flavius Krumiage - Deputy Headmaster

Peter Bryan Mapps - Teacher

He has shaggy, blond hair and dark gray-green eyes. He usually wears a white dress shirt with a vest, along with gray dress pants. He is calm, patient, and kind, but when angered can be harsh, stern, and strict. He teaches Defense Against the Dark Arts and has a wide knowledge of the subject as he used to be an Auror before he was invited to teach at Lyreade. His wand is made of holly, 12 inches, and has a core of dragon heartstring. His familiar is a male barn owl, who he calls Russet. His house is Eagletalon.

Vincent Porphyrius Corwyth - Teacher

Vincent is tall and well built, with short, dark hair. He has dark blue eyes that never betray any strong feelings. Not many people know much about Vincent, except that he comes from a famous wizard family. A dark blue cloak is constantly draped over his body, and he walks with a calm stride. He is wise, and never rushes into decisions without thinking it over. Some people don't trust him because of his family ties with the Ryfen family, especially his cousin, Orpheus Ryfen. However, inside he is always loyal to Lyreade and is ready to use his vast knowledge of potions and spells to protect the school and its staff and students. His wand is mahogany, 13.5 inches, and a core of basilisk blood. He is in the Penniluff House, and he teaches Potions. His familiar is a snow owl named Porces. He comes from a famous pureblood family, the Corwyths. His grandfather was a headmaster of the school. Vincent's parents are Louis Corwyth and May Hannelow.

Kazuki Yamamoto - Teacher

Usually has a cold stare, but is pretty friendly for a Dracoslyther. Has slightly red hair and eyes. He is not afraid of Shiina, and is in Dracoslyther House, and he teaches Transfiguration. His wand is palm, 13-inch, but nobody knows the core. His familiar is Yuri, a hawk with sharp eyes and a cold personality, but a loyal friend to him. His great-grandfather used to teach at Lyreade as the former Ancient Runes teacher. Yamamoto has had quite a lot of experience in the muggle world, having worked with the CIA and FBI in his short history, thus giving him a good aim with a gun and great detective skills.

Selena Hamilia Farwill - Teacher

Long blond hair and dark indigo eyes. Her hair is usually tied up in a pigtails. She is kind, gentle, and is very nice to her students. However, she gives a lot of homework. She is extremely perspective and observant. Sometimes, though she disappears from class for a long time, sometimes even hours. Other times, she sits with her back to the class, frozen. There is a mysterious air around her when she becomes normal again. However nice she is, she can also be very stern. She is in Wyvernlor House, and she teaches charms. Her wand is made of cedar, 11 inches, and has a core of unicorn hair. Her familiar is a dark ginger and brown bobcat, called Fortis. She loves him very much.

John Smith - Teacher

Bryn Theia Reedwing - Wyvernlor House Head

Bryn is a beautiful but harsh 16-year-old with dark brown hair, amber eyes, and a slender but curvaceous figure. She is fierce, stubborn, and cruel to those who she doesn't trust, but can be loyal and protective of her friends. She might look delicate and slim with her lithe features but Bryn is surprisingly strong, both physically and mentally. Not many people mess with her- she's logical, cunning, and willing to put her life in danger for a good cause. Bryn is also perceptive, observant and intelligent. She is in Year 7. Her wand is hawthorn, 12 inches, with a core of thestral feather. Her familiar is a pitch black puma kitten with silvery blue eyes, named Kurai.

Devin Garrett Linke - Student

He has ginger-blond hair and light amber eyes. He is handsome and most of the girl fawn over him, and he knows it. Devin is arrogant, strong, brave, surprisingly smart, and extremely charismatic. His strongest subject is Defense Against the Dark Arts. He flirts with most girls but he has a crush on Bryn, who does not return the feeling. He is in Wyvernlor, and is in Year 7. His wand is of yew, 14 inches, with a part of a dragon tooth as a core. His familiar is a tawny owl, who he calls Zeus.

Amanda Valaria Farthing - Student

15-year-old girl with dark red hair and blue/green eyes. She is feisty and determined and loves to hang out with her friends. She is very smart and studies a lot. She usually gets top marks, all the time. Amanda is a muggle-born, but her uncle is a wizard and her father assumed she would be. He never talks to her anymore, and doesn’t seem to care about her at all. She has a close relationship with her mother, and her younger sister, Rosemarie. Her uncle was disowned by her grandmother and now she understands why. Her father really wants to do the same with her but her mother stopped him from doing that. Amanda can usually sense when someone is going to like her or not and usually she’s right. Her familiar is a small grey cat named Bones. Her wand is a 14 1/2 inch hawthorn wand with a phoenix feather core. She is in her 5th Year, and is also in Wyvernlor.

Shiina Hitsugaya Natsumoto - Head of House

Long, dark hair, red eyes, and a good figure. Fierce to all except loyal friends. Shiina is said to have a mysterious illness, but no proof of that was ever found. Many people fear her because of her history and place in Lyreade. She seems to me misunderstood by many. She is the Head of the Dracoslyther House, and her wand is of Japanese Maple, 11 inches and has a core of a raven feather. Her familiar is a crow with long glossy wings, and a sharp beak and talons, named Yuzuru. She fled from evil wizard parents and came to the school after being invited. She is often seen wearing black. No one has ever seen her smile. She is in her 7th year.

Aria Guinevere Drace - Student

She has long blue-black hair which is usually tied in pigtails and dark, intelligent blue eyes. She was descended from the Black family, who was attending Hogwarts, another wizarding school. However, she is not as evil and overly proud of herself as most of her family is. She is caring, thoughtful, and extremely intelligent, though at all times she keeps a cold and hard face, not letting anybody get into her heart. She always excels in her studies, and gets teased for it. She is in Dracoslyther, and is in her 4th Year. Her wand is 13 inches, made of rosewood, and has a core of basilisk poison. Her familiar is a black falcon, who she calls Caede, Latin for "murder".

Damien Kumataka - Student

Damien has dark hair and sharp gray eyes. He is somewhat aloof. He always does well in his studies, and though people think he is a nerd, he is actually quite handsome and charming. However, if his fellow Eagletalons does something wrong, he can get extremely angry. With a strange but nevertheless effective sense of humor, Damien is also charismatic like his friend Devin of Wyvernlor. His father was Japanese, so he has oriental features, though his mother was English, so he has an english first name. He is from a muggle family, but his uncle married a witch, and he has wizard cousins who attend a different magic school. He is in year 7, in Eagletalon. His wand is a 13-inch maple with a drop of grindylow blood as a core. His familiar is a black coyote named Nagisa. He treasures her dearly, though reasons are unknown.

Derpiana Hillbiller - Student

Derpiana is an unusual girl. She is in year 4, in the house Penniluff. Sporting wavy auburn hair and amber eyes, Derpiana is shy and nervous at times, but bouncy, hyper, and honestly, derp at times. She is commonly seen wearing her frilly rose pink head band, matched with a pink and white maid outfit. She is also able to shoot weird beams out of her eyes and her hands, which is supposedly an unknown form of magic. Her familiar is a minute owl named Mikuru. Her wand is 10 inches, made of an unknown wood from a faraway land (she claims that it is called waitress wood), with a core of unicorn blood.

Herpiana Hillbiller - Student

A small, fourth year in Penniluff, Herpina is the twin of Derpina. She is usually outgoing and spaces out a lot. Herpina's eyes are a little unusually set farther apart, giving her a strange appearance. Her hair clips tend to randomly sparkle at times. Herpina's familiar is a goldfish called Hades. Hades is oddly shaped like a whale, but maintains his golden color and is able to swim in the air without dying. Her wand is made from the bark of a rubber tree and is 9 3/4 inches long. The core is made out of liquified dragon scales.

Pollux William Lupen - Student

Pollux is a small boy with combed brown hair. He is in Penniluff. He has striking maroon eyes. He is pretty shy and likes to stay with himself; he rarely smiles. He is usually seen wearing a dress shirt witha colorful sweater over it. He dreams of being a great wizard one day, and excels in most of his classes, except flying. Due to his werewolf ancestry, when the full moon rises Pollux receives better senses and agility, like a wolf. He uses a 11 inch elder wand, with unicorn blood as a core. He is said to possess extremely mild forms of lycanthropy due to his ancestors. His parents are Harold Lupen and Fallow Porphus. He loves hippogriffs and butterbeer. His familiar is the spirit of a phoenix, named Castor, which can appear and disappear at his command. Porces blahpoopoo.

Leon Lamperage - Student

Leon is a mysterious boy. He is in year three, a student in Penniluff. No one really knows anything about him. He is friends with Pollux. He may appear somewhat dangerous, but is actually quite friendly. Leon has black hair and dark eyes. He uses a 12 inch oak wand with a mysterious feather as a core. His familiar is the ghost of his childhood friend, Kirino, who died when they were attacked by Dementors and were found by a pack of werewolves. Despite his horrible history, he has no grudge agains Pollux for his ancestors. He loves to spazz, have seizures and eat butterbeer. Moon blahpoopoo.
